Description | This is a regional electricity utility with 28-MW of generating capacity. It was privatized in 1993 and 68% of its stock was held by RAO EES Rossii. As a result of the restructuring of the power sector in Russia during 2003-2008, JSC "Interregional Distribution Grid Company" (IDGC)Holding was established to manage interregional distribution grid companies(IDGCs). As of end 2009, the main shareholders were Holding IDGC JSC (65.26%), the Federal government (13%), Depositary Clearing Company (6.11%) and others (15.63%). The shareholders remained the same through 2011.
