The project features AI-powered demand-responsive transport (DRT) unmanned shuttles, a 65th-floor triplex super penthouse, a circular indoor community facility called 'The Circle One', and a three-dimensional ecological forest with 13,000 trees. The design includes differentiated riverfront buildings along the Han River, flexible interior spaces, and a community facility called Club Apgujeong linked with Hermès and CHA Hospital. The project aims to integrate Districts 2, 3, and 5 into an 'Apgujeong Hyundai Town'. |
