Description | Apogee Power, a Taiwan-based energy technology and advanced battery manufacturer, is establishing a new manufacturing and assembly facility in Liberal, Kansas. The facility will support assembly, testing, and distribution of lithium iron phosphate battery systems and related energy storage technologies for commercial, industrial, and grid-scale applications in the U.S. The facility will initially occupy 20,000 square feet with room for future expansion and is expected to begin operations in summer 2026. |
