Arc is a blockchain network developed by Circle, optimized for stablecoin-based capital markets and regulated financial activity, including tokenized assets, cross-border settlement, and onchain finance. It serves as a native coordination asset to support governance, validator security, and network operations across the chain. The project began testing in October and is positioned to coordinate the network's economic and security model, similar to ether on Ethereum or SOL on Solana.
