Description | Snohomish County is redeveloping a 17.5-acre site in Arlington to include a new two-story, 18,900-square-foot administration and crew building, an underground stormwater facility, site security and utility improvements, and contaminated soil cleanup. The new building will accommodate 65 full-time employees and 40 seasonal staff and will serve as an emergency response site. Future phases include a master site plan with additional upgrades such as replacement of the fleet maintenance building, new covered vehicle storage, and a vehicle cleaning and fueling facility. |
