Aroma foods plc is established by an Ethiopian investor in 2019 in Hawassa city which is engaged in the extraction and export of Avocado oil. Based on its success the business wants to produce and export GLutin free teff products and injera to the European market. The project Idea is mainly raised from the growing trend of the healthy food market in European society especially gluten-free food products. And Ethiopia is the source and the major one-off of the gluten-free cereal Teff. The expectation from the foreign investment and collaboration at this stage is to successfully implement this well-researched project by helping with machinery purchase. In the future, we seek further collaboration on teff harvesting technology, continuous injera baking technology, teff-based new product innovation, and market access to existing and new products.
