The project spans approximately 1.8 million square feet and includes a 541-foot tall north tower and a 425-foot tall south tower. It integrates luxury residential, hospitality, office, and experiential retail offerings into a vertically connected urban destination. The north tower features a 250-key luxury lifestyle hotel, a 380-unit Class A+ residential tower, and a multi-level restaurant and nightlife experience by Pretty Decent Concepts. The south tower includes 150,000 square feet of Class A office space, 30,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, and a 275-unit luxury co-living component. The project is expected to be permit-ready by the end of 2026 with a three-year construction timeline.
