Zurich North America and Zurich Resilience Solutions have entered a strategic collaboration with Arrowsight to deploy a camera-enabled coaching solution to improve on-site construction safety across the United States. This follows a successful multi-year pilot program in New York City involving Arrowsight cameras and coaching on multiple large-scale general building and heavy-civil projects valued at over $2 billion, which resulted in a more than 50% reduction in Workers' Comp claim frequency. The technology uses fixed-point cameras and human-led video review to identify risky and exemplary safety behaviors daily, enabling timely coaching and adjustments.
