Arroyo Vista Residential Project

planned

The Arroyo Vista project involves a general plan amendment and zoning change for a 140-acre site in Riverside County, California. The proposal seeks to change the land use designation from very low-density residential to low-density residential, allowing for one to two dwelling units per acre. The plan includes over 87 acres of residential area with lot sizes ranging from 10,890 to 46,123 square feet, and more than 23 acres of open space. The design clusters larger lots in the northern and eastern sections, medium-sized lots along the southern boundary, and smaller lots in the interior, aiming to maintain compatibility with existing residential areas and preserve natural and cultural resources. Infrastructure improvements and mitigation measures are planned to meet community traffic and circulation standards.
