Arthur Gold Project

The Arthur Gold Project is a large-scale gold mining project in Nevada with a first-time Probable Mineral Reserve of 4.9Moz of contained gold and 7.8Moz of contained silver as of December 31, 2025. It supports an initial mine life of about nine years with average annual gold production of approximately 500,000oz. The project includes a 7Mtpa milling facility and a 5.5Mtpa crushed heap-leach circuit, with conventional open-pit mining methods and filtered, dry-stacked tailings for environmental stewardship. The project capital is estimated at about $3.6 billion, with life-of-mine all-in sustaining costs estimated at $954/oz. The pre-feasibility study is expected to be presented to the board for approval to move to full feasibility in June 2026.
