Aseng Gas Monetisation Project

Subsea7 S.A. has been awarded a contract by Noble Energy EG Ltd. for subsea installation work on the Aseng Gas Monetisation Project. The contract includes development of a single-well tieback connected to existing infrastructure, transportation and installation of rigid production flowlines of almost 19 kilometers, 20 kilometers of umbilicals, and other related subsea infrastructure and tie-ins at water depths of 800 meters. The well tie-back will connect the Aseng gas field to the Alen platform. Project management and engineering work will be supervised from Subsea7's office in Paris, with support from Lisbon and Equatorial Guinea offices. Offshore work is scheduled to start in 2026. The contract value is between $150 million and $300 million. Chevron Corporation has reached a final investment decision on the project, which is pending final regulatory approvals.
