Description | Brookfield Asset Management is investing $1 billion to build Asia's largest global capability centre (GCC) on a six-acre plot in Powai, Mumbai. The project is developed through an agreement with the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority and a venture led by Brookfield and its partner BS Sharma. It will be built to market-leading sustainability standards with a commitment to source 100% green power. |
