Atari Hotels Video Game-Themed Hotel in Downtown Phoenix

planned

Atari Hotels plans to build a unique video game console-themed hotel at 840 N. Central Avenue in Downtown Phoenix. The hotel will feature a 20,000-square-foot concert and event center, an esports venue with a 10,000-square-foot sportsbook, restaurants, retail spaces, immersive environments merging gaming, music, and nightlife, and an oversized pool designed for parties. The hotel will have 19 suites and 72 rooms, referencing the year Atari was founded. The project experienced pandemic-related delays but has secured land, finalized architectural design, and established key strategic partnerships.
