Description | The Athinaion Nicosia project involves the construction of two multiple use independent towers over a common joint plateau near the old GSP public park in Nicosia city centre. The western tower will be over 80 metres high with 19 levels including commercial and office uses, while the eastern tower will be 53 metres high with 12 levels hosting commercial and housing units including 41 apartments, a gym, and a 100 cubic meter pool for residents. The development includes six shops on the ground floor, underground parking for 188 cars including 10 disabled spaces, 34 bicycle spaces, and infrastructure for green electricity and photovoltaic systems covering a quarter of the project's energy needs. The project has been approved by the Environmental Authority and is expected to take about two years to build with a total area of 10,260 square metres. |
