Atlanta Civic Center Redevelopment Phase I

under construction

The initial phase of the redevelopment of the Boisfeuillet Jones Atlanta Civic Center includes the construction of 148 one-bedroom affordable senior housing units. Thirty units are reserved for those earning up to 50% of the area median income, with the rest for seniors earning less than 60% AMI. Future plans include developing the 19-acre site into 1,500 mixed-income apartments with retail, office space, a hotel, a high school, and a grocery store. The total project cost is over $300 million.
