The project limits extend along Atlantic Avenue from 5th Street to 40th Street. The scope of work includes sidewalk widening and replacement, new streetscape and hardscape, new street furnishings (e.g., benches, bike racks, planters, etc.), lighting, signing and pavement markings, and upgrading and replacing infrastructure. Create dedicated bike lanes. Consistent signage and lighting. Adding opportunities for art to create a sense of arrival.
