Description | The project involves the design, financing, operation and maintenance of a Fixed Base Operation (FBO) on approximate 14 acres of land on the north side of the Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport.Development must include three distinct concepts in the FBO operation to include:A FBO terminal for general aviation useA Team Sport Terminal area to facilitate teams and executive eventsAn Elite VIP Facility to provide premier servicesNew construction will consist of a minimum of8,500 SF to house the three concepts. 6,000 SF is designated for the FBO and Team Sport Terminal. These concepts may be designed to operate from one building. The Elite VIP Facility must be a free standing structure with a minimum of 2,500 SF. |
