Description | The Atlantis Drill Center 1 (DC1) expansion is a two-well subsea tieback to the existing Atlantis platform in the U.S. Gulf of Mexico. It is expected to add around 15,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day (boe/d) of gross peak annualised average production. The Atlantis hub can process up to 200,000 barrels of oil per day and is one of BP's longest-running and most important Gulf assets. The project was delivered two months ahead of schedule and supports BP's plan to boost U.S. production toward 1 million boe/d by 2030. |
