Aurum Capital Ventures Data Center in Bismarck

planned

Aurum Capital Ventures is considering purchasing 300 acres of county-owned land in east Bismarck, near Buckstop Junction, for a new data center facility. The project specifics such as exact land requirements and power demands are still being determined. The company is also considering additional state land north of the county land. The location is chosen for its proximity to a power substation, which is critical for data center operations. Aurum aims to invest significantly in data centers, with backing from seven banks and a goal to spend about $25 million quarterly on such projects.
