The project involves building a multi-gigawatt solar and battery storage facility to power industrial facilities near Darwin and export power to Singapore via a subsea cable. The project aims to generate around 3 gigawatts of firmed renewables, requiring approximately 12 GW of solar and 45 GWh of battery storage. The first stage may target 200 MW of firmed solar. |
