The aim is to create an inclusive and sustainable digital platform for Italian and Swiss operators directly involved in the project activities responding to three specific needs. 1. Create and manage a registry of professional clinical centers, patients, family members and teachers for safe and hierarchically organized sharing by data centers and patient intervention programs; 2. Manage the results of the individual interventions provided for in the patient qualification plan according to the Bellora Foundation assessment model, acquiring data from direct input by the social worker; 3. Allowing family members and authorized teachers, through a mobile App, to view the patient's diary, with the program of interventions, the summary of the results obtained, the possibility of requesting an appointment at the clinical center. The digital platform will make use of technologies of cloud computing.
