The first phase implemented a new building automation system integrating HVAC equipment across five campus buildings, improving occupant comfort and operational controls with projected annual savings of $200,000. The second phase upgraded exterior lighting to improve visibility and safety. A third phase is planned to increase the central utility plant's capacity by more than 80% by adding a 3,000-ton chiller, boosting total capacity from 3,600 tons to 6,600 tons, with construction expected to complete in 2026. |
