Ayen Enerji was a subsidiary of Aydiner Insaat. Commissioning was expected for 2012. The developer received a 49 year production license for the project in May 2008. The equipment supply contract was awarded to Suzlon (India), supplying its S88/2100 turbines. In June 2012, commissioning was expected for 2013. As of October 2011, no further details about the financial structure of the project were available. On March 30th 2011 it was announced Ayen Enerji received a EUR50 million ($66.5 million) Exim credit from Commerzbank, with a 15 year maturity. Due to lacking data, a total cost of $66.5 million was adopted. |
