The project was to comprise 15 turbines of 2 MW and 1 turbine of 0.75 MW, producing an annual 100 GWh. Ayen Enerji was a subsidiary of Aydiner Insaat. Commissioning was expected for 2012. The developer received a 49 year production license for the project in May 2008. In June 2012, construction work was expected to begin shortly (summer 2012). The equipment supply contract was awarded to Suzlon in October 2009. The project was reportedly co-developed with the Seferihisar wind farm, also equiped with Suzlon turbines. In November 2012 it is reported the project reached financial closure, though limited information was available (only article title). Total investment was estimated at US$30.75 million, based on a conservative US$1.0 million per MW. The project became operational in September 2013. http://www.thaindian.com/newsportal/business/suzlon-bags-order-from-turkish-firm_100256907.html
