Sector: Education • Location: Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh, India
Source: Outlook India
The mosque project in Ayodhya was planned on a five-acre plot allotted under the Supreme Court's 2019 verdict. Originally, it was an ambitious socio-cultural complex including a mosque, hospital, community kitchen, library, museum, and research centre. Due to a funding shortfall, the project has been scaled down to focus on constructing a modest mosque.
