Description	The Azulão I Thermoelectric Power Plant project is part of the Azulão thermoelectric complex, located in the state of Amazonas, Brazil. Designed with a planned generation capacity of 360 MW, the plant will operate in an open cycle. It was awarded in ANEEL's first Reserve Capacity Auction in December 2021. Under the auction contract, the plant is committed to selling 295 MW of power for a 15-year term, starting from its scheduled commercial operation date of July 1, 2026. The initiative is sponsored by Eneva, with a total project cost of $210 million (R$1.025 billion). Financing is secured through loans from the Bank of the Amazon via the Amazon Development Fund (FDA) and Banco do Brasil.
