Under its PPA, the power plant needs to commence operations before June 2021. Jaguatirica II will be constructed under the SPV Azulão Geração de Energia. Project sponsor is Eneva. Total project cost is BRL 1,560.00m (USD 278.89m). Financing comprises BRL560 (USD 100.11m) million in debentures and BRL1 billion (USD 178.77m) 16-years term loan.
