The 550-mile pipeline transports natural gas liquids from the Midland and Delaware basins in West Texas to the Mont Belvieu fractionation complex. The pipeline has begun commissioning and will enter commercial service shortly. Post-acquisition, the companies plan to expand capacity to 1 million barrels per day, including a 92-mile extension called the Cowboy Connector linking to ExxonMobil's Cowboy natural gas processing plant in New Mexico, scheduled for completion in Q4 2027. |
