Description | In June 2012, a local private company based in Wenzhou Zhejiang Province, Zhengtai Group signed an agreement with the Baicheng County Government to build and operate a 20MW PV Plant in Baicheng County, Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region. The project was granted through direct negotiation. The total investment was US$ 48.42 million (RMB 300 million). Construction commenced in March 2013 and the plant came into operation in December 2013. Zhengtai had a 100% stake in the project. The concession term was unknown. |
