Baker Donelson Winston-Salem Office Expansion

planned

Baker Donelson, the largest Memphis-based law firm, is expanding by opening a new office in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. This marks the firm's fourth location in the Carolinas over the past four years. The new office will add 14 attorneys, four support staff members, and a paralegal. Paul Foley will serve as managing shareholder of the Winston-Salem office. The expansion aims to strengthen the firm's presence in the Piedmont Triad region, which has significant activity in health care, manufacturing, and emerging technology.
