Description | Information East Central Railway [ECR] - II has come up with Bakhtiyarpur- Barh 3rd Railway line, Bakhtiyarpur Flyover and Surface Triangle with a ticket size of 401.72 INR Crores. This project in Railway Track sub-sector involves The current status of the project is Work Start - Appointed Date and is being developed through the PPP route. Economic/Social Impact of the Project To ensure uninterrupted supply of coal to NTPC Barh Thermal Power Plant a 24.50km third line between Bakhtiyarpur link cabin and Barh is being constructed. The Rs 401.72 Crore project also consists of a rail-over-rail bridge at Bakhtiyarpur besides a surface triangle between Bakhtiyarpur Rajgir line and Athamalgola Bakhtiyarpur up line. 3rd line between Bakhtiyarpur to Barh and Surface triangle line between Bakhtiyarpur link to Karanauti 20Km has been completed and commissioned on 30.06.2019 Bakhtiyarpur Flyover/ROR 4.5Km is under progress. |
