The project B2EN under COSME-SGA will establish the work programme for the period 2015-2016 for the Consortium which have already been awarded the Framework Partnership Agreement (FPA) for Enterprise Europe Network 2015-2020, covering 22 months over the first two years (2015 – 2016) with 1st of March 2015 as the starting date. The work programme is in line with the objectives, the justification and the implementation strategy of B2EN Consortium as set out in its FPA. It will cover all services described in and supported by COSME. The work programme will cover the operations during the period between 01/03/2015 and 31/12/2016, translating the implementation strategy into concrete and detailed activities in 2015-2016 and including a corresponding estimated budget. Realistic performance targets for all indicators are included in the description of the action (Work Programme in annex 1). Furthermore, the impact on European SMEs generated by the project in terms of their competitiveness, their capability to evolve in the Single Market and their innovation capacities is demonstrated in this proposal. The consortium, called Balearic Islands Enterprise Europe Network B2EN, will help the European SMEs to develop its innovative potential and improve its knowledge of European Union policies. B2EN will be the “one-stop shop” for the business needs of the Balearic Islands, offering integral services, chiefly to SMEs in addition to other economical actors. It will provide enterprises with information and a variety of quality and free-of-charge business support services to make them more competitive.
