Description	The Ball Diamond Field and Lighting Upgrades (the Project) consists of upgrades to Ball Diamonds in two Township Parks i.e. Victoria and Schmidt Park. The Project scope involves: Grading of infield; Installation of new light posts, light standards, programmable controls, and electrical conduit; Upgrading of fencing; Replacement of protective netting; and Addition of warning tracks. The Township population (from the 2016 Census) is 10,215. The Township has 5% of Indigenous populations not living on a reserve. This population would benefit from this project these Ball Diamonds are open to the public at large and available for renting.
