Description | Baltica 2 is an offshore wind farm project jointly developed by Grupa PGE and Ørsted in the Polish part of the Baltic Sea. Baltic Towers has signed an agreement with Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy to supply the largest batch of towers for the project. The project aims to supply electricity to around 2.5 million recipients including households, hospitals, schools, public institutions, and businesses. The offshore wind farm's first power is expected in 2027, with turbine installation planned for the second quarter of 2027. |
