Description | Ban Ve Hydropower JSC was planning the development of the 20MW Nam Non Hydropower Plant, on the Nam Non River, Luong Minh and Xa Luong communes, Tuong Duong district, Nghe An province. The project was expected to produce 89.74 GWh annually. The project was to consist of 2 turbines, 10.394 MW each, Kapsun type. Commissioning was expected for March 2014. Construction was expected to last 3 years. Electricity price was estimated at VND 742.45 per kWh ($0.0356 per kWh). The EIA was approved in August 2011. The Investment license was awarded in August 2011. The construction contract was signed in September 2011. Total investment was estimated at VND 513 billion ($24.6 million). The date of FC was unknown, but estimated here at September 2011 (signing of EPC contract).
