Description | The proposed transaction consists of a senior unsecure A/B loan for up to US$300 million (the “Loan”), financed as follows: (i) an A loan of up to US$150 million, to be financed by IDB Invest, structured in two tranches: (a) a committed tranche of up to US$100 million; and (b) an uncommitted tranche of up to US$50 million; and (ii) a B loan of approximately US$150 million, to be financed by institutional investors. The Loan has a tenor of up to seven years, amortizable. The project aims to increase Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A.U. (“Banco Galicia” or the “Bank”) available financing for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (“SMEs”) and corporate company projects categorized as sustainable as per Banco Galicia’s Sustainable Finance Taxonomy. |
