PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBNI) and PT Indonesia Infrastructure Finance provided syndicated financing of Rp 550 billion for the development of the Bandar Lampung Drinking Water Supply System (SPAM) project worth Rp 750 billion. SPAM in Bandar Lampung City tries to provide 750 liters of water per second, by treating water sourced from the Way Sekampung river and flowed through a 22 km transmission pipeline to the city of Bandar Lampung. In addition, the Implementing Business Entity that will build this project with the Built Operate Transfer (BOT) scheme with a 25-year concession period is PT Adhya Tirta Lampung. This project is one of eight clean water projects in Accelerating the Implementation of National Strategic Projects in accordance with Presidential Regulation No.3/2016. (HR) Construction began in August 2018 and is expected to complete in August 2020.
