Bangabandhu Tunnel, Third Terminal, and Metro Rail Projects

Mega projects including the Bangabandhu tunnel, the third terminal at Dhaka airport, and the metro rail line up to Motijheel are set to be inaugurated in October. These projects involve road, rail, underwater tunnel, and air traffic infrastructure, aiming to transform transport and communication sectors in Bangladesh. The projects are smart and modern, with large infrastructure requiring challenging management and maintenance. The metro rail will connect new districts and create a large train network, while the tunnel will bring significant changes to the Chattogram region. Initial operations may be partial, with full benefits realized over time.
