This project involves the construction of Bani Solar PV Park, located in the Municipality of Bani, Peravia Province. The sponsor of this project is the local arm of the Energy Development Partners (EDP) - EDP Energias Renovables Dominicana SA. The build and operate concession is for a period of 25 years. The project will have a nominal generation capacity of 160MW (160MWn) and a peak production of 200.2MW (200.2 MWp). The financial close date of this project is February 18th, 2022.
