Information Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas has come up with Barmer Palanpur Pipeline with a ticket size of 764 INR Crores. This project in Oil/Gas/LNG Storage sub-sector involves The current status of the project is Completion Certificate/COD and is being developed through the EPC route. Economic/Social Impact of the Project HPCL Rajasthan Refinery Ltd. HRRL was incorporated as a Joint Venture between HPCL and Government of Rajasthan GOR. For evacuation of white oil products MS/HSD economically & safely from this upcoming Barmer Refinery, Barmer-Palanpur Pipeline BPPL Project has been approved by HPCL Board at an approved cost of Rs 776 Cr. BPPL will start from HRRL Pachpadra, Barmer Rajasthan and terminate at Palanpur Gujarat for further onward distribution of products through MDPL, PVPL and ASPL. This pipeline will pass thru Barmer and Jalore districts in Rajasthan and Banaskantha district in Gujarat. Barmer Palanpur Pipeline Project comprises of following facilities- Barmer to Palanpur approx. Length 216 Kms. Dispatch Station at .Barmer SV/CP Station with associated facilities - 4 Nos. along the pipeline route. IPS Intermediate Pigging Stations & Future Pump Station with associated facilities at Jalore Augmentation at Palanpur Receiving Station
