Bartlett Crossing is a $71.5 million affordable housing development in Brooklyn's Broadway Triangle neighborhood. The project involves constructing 78 homes in two ground-up buildings on city-owned land, as the second phase of a development that will eventually create 390 homes. The apartments will include a mix of studio, one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom units, restricted to households earning up to 80% of the area median income, with some units reserved for referrals from the Housing Preservation & Development Department's Homeless Services unit.
