Description | Economic/Social Impact of the Project Bastille Solar Private Limited has bid and won 2 [Two] nos. of Projects for development of Solar Power Plant, each having a capacity of 70 MW, through competitive bidding process of RfP No- 03/UPNEDA/Grid Connect/RfP/2018 dated 12/10/2018, organized by UPNEDA. Subsequent to successful bidding, the Entity received and acknowledged the Letter of Intent [LOI], the Power Purchase Agreements [PPA] for both the Projects have also been signed between Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited [UPPCL] and Project Entity and subsequently the Connectivity Agreements for both the Projects have been signed between Uttar Pradesh Power Transmission Corporation Limited [UPPTCL] & Project Entity.
