Description | The project entails the financing, construction and operation of a 50-MW solar power plant located in Phuoc Dinh Commune, Thuan Nam District of the south-central coastal province of Ninh Thuan. Truong Thanh Construction and Investment JSC is the sole sponsor and promoter of the project. Construction of the plant began on April st, 2018. The project investor expects to put the plant into full operation by June 2019, when they connect it to the national grid. The project will benefit from Vietnam’s feed-in tariff (FiT) policy. All the electricity generated by the plant will be sold to EVN for 20 years under a PPA.
