Description | Bharat Dynamics Limited is developing a new Naval Systems Manufacturing Facility at T Sirasapalli village in Anakapalli district, Andhra Pradesh. The facility will focus on production of underwater weapon systems, torpedoes, naval mines, and associated combat systems to strengthen India's underwater warfare capabilities. Spread across nearly 160 acres, it will include advanced manufacturing, assembly, integration buildings, explosive handling and storage, testing infrastructure, acoustic tank facilities, administrative buildings, and a green belt. The project supports the Government of India's Aatmanirbhar Bharat vision in the strategic defence sector. |
