Description | Beacon Point is Hut 8's second U.S. AI data centre campus located in Nueces County, Texas. The project is designed for phased delivery to support up to one gigawatt of total capacity. Jacobs has been awarded a sole-source EPCM contract to deliver the project, applying proven design elements from Hut 8's River Bend campus in Louisiana and deploying digital twin technology to simulate critical assets and de-risk commissioning. Initial energization and commissioning are targeted for 2027. |
