under construction

Beale Infrastructure's data center project in De Soto has doubled in size from initial designs. Construction began in April 2026 on a 300-acre site, expanding from four buildings totaling 1.14 million square feet to nearly 2.9 million square feet. The project will be completed in two phases, with the first phase including two buildings totaling 1.16 million square feet expected to be completed in 2028, and the second phase adding two more buildings of 864,000 square feet each.
