Description | The project consists of building a replacement recreation purpose-built facility in the Beechville, Lakeside, Timberlea Community. The scope of the work involves the design and construction of a community facility for residents of the Beechville, Lakeside, and Timberlea communities. The project will permit recreation, fitness and accessibility which will better support community programming needs. The new facility will replace an existing facility which is nearing the end of its useful life. The current facility is not fully accessible, has high operating costs, and requires capital improvements to continue operations, therefore a new facility is needed. |
