medici.tv is recognized today as the leading SVOD platform in the world for performing arts. With a catalogue of 3.000 programs (96% European) and 150 live events per year we entertain a global community of music lovers in 192 countries. We present our content via a B2C website and apps (IOS and Roku) and via an educational platform specially designed for universities and libraries. The BEETHOVEN project this year has the objective to reinforce our assets and develop new territories. 5 Work Packages have been developed: creation of our first podcast series (12 episodes), new tools for new B2C usages (recommendation, infographics), implementation of inclusion services especially for handicap people, production of new formats for new social media networks (Twitch, WhatsApp), technical, marketing and editorial investments for our EDU offer. The entire business model will take advantage of these actions as it will impact both B2C, B2B and production revenues. All the teams (28 people in total) will be involved in the delivery of these WP including, web dev, product, editorial, production, marketing, sales. BEETHOVEN will be deployed all the 2022 year (Jan-Dec). The market of performing arts streaming became much more competitive after the pandemic crisis. There are much more free offers and it is essential that medici.tv protects the value chain and the contentment to pay with a strong and creative offer in order to promote the best European programs. Most of the content is unavailable elsewhere and it is our responsibility to guaranty their legal and effective availability worldwide through a reliable and long-term business model. Since our inception 15 years ago, medici.tv has demonstrated its capacity to create a sustainable strategy. BEETHOVEN is a major step of this independent and passionate venture for the Arts.
