These are 5 brownfield areas (BEL 02A, BEL 02B, BEL 04, BEL 08, BEL 09) in the Port of Miramar, with a total area of approximately 200 thousand m2 The project refers to 5 Terminals in the Port of Miramar that are responsible for a significant portion of the regional supply of liquid fuels and LPG, acting in the reception, storage and distribution of fuel. The activities to be carried out at the Miramar terminals involve reception, storage and distribution of fuel, such as diesel, gasoline and kerosene The areas are in operation, but in a precarious contractual situation, due to the expiration of the previous lease contract. Therefore, the activities are being maintained through a transition contract until the procedures are completed and the new bidding procedure is carried out. The five areas will be described below: BEL02A – brownfield area with 46,627 m². The terminal's static storage capacity is 41,872 tons. The project will enable investments to be made to requalify the terminal in the order of R$48.3 million. The expected contractual term is 15 years and the auction criterion is the highest grant value. BEL02B – brownfield area with 43,240m². The terminal's static storage capacity is 28,272 tons. The project will enable investments to be made to requalify the terminal in the order of R$27.4 million. The expected contractual term is 15 years and the auction criterion is the highest grant value. BEL04 – brownfield area with 26,200 m². The terminal's static storage capacity is 18,200 tons. The project will enable investments to be made to requalify the terminal in the order of R$ 11.6 million. The expected contractual term is 15 years and the auction criterion is the highest grant value. BEL08 – brownfield area with 50,700 m². The terminal's static storage capacity is 49,821 tons. The project will enable investments to be made to requalify the terminal in the order of R$89.6 million. The expected contractual term is 20 years and the auction criterion is the highest grant value. BEL09 – brownfield area with 37,600 m². The terminal's static storage capacity is 13,997 tons. The activities to be carried out in the BEL09 lease area involve reception, storage and distribution of fuel, including Liquefied Petroleum Gas – LPG. It is important to highlight that the BEL09 rental area is the only installation in the Belém region capable of receiving LPG. The project will make it possible to carry out investments to requalify the terminal in the order of R$ 128.9 million. The expected contractual term is 20 years and the auction criterion is the highest grant value.
