This proposal contains two activities that are needed be executed to comply to : REGULATION (EU) 2019/816 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 17 April 2019 and REGULATION (EU) 2019/818 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 20 May 2019 Belgium must: [A] Prepare Belgian Criminal Record Register for retrieving / sending fingerprint or reference to Ecris TCN [B] Analyse, implement and test CUD Operations to Ecris TCN, adopting “ICD: Business Use Cases ECRIS-TCN - MS“ into the Belgian Criminal Record Register Application The proposal is mono-beneficiary. Part of the activities will be be established by national effort 25%, to limit the proposal for grant toward the European Commission, seen the EU total grant budget and the number of member states and activities to be divided.
